Shipping policy

Order Processing:
Normal order processing can take between 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Delivery
The following shipping methods are available, USPS First Class Package (3–5 business days), UPS Ground (1-5 business days) and UPS Next Day Air (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Store Pickup:
Pick up order at our warehouse at no cost. Our location: 9907 NW 116th Way, Medley, FL 33178

USPS First Class:
First-Class Mail® is an affordable mail service for standard-sized, single-piece envelopes weighing up to 3.5 oz, and large envelopes and small packages weighing up to 13 oz with delivery in 3 business days or less. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.

UPS Ground:
Second Day is only available on select products for our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. UPS Ground delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm ET on a business day, and should arrive in 1 - 5 business days. Orders placed after 12:00pm ET will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 2 - 5 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

UPS Next Day Air:
Next Day delivery is only available on select products for customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm ET on a business day, and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm ET will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

What is the "Oversized Shipping" charge?
For some items shipping within the U.S. an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. The incremental charge is charged for total quantity ordered. Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout.
